I like the
amount of space and bandwidth
for the low price, and the live
help which was actually usefull
both times I've used it.
Keep the live
online customer help. Services
which offer that will go far.
Not everyone pays for telephone
services in this day and age with
broadband connections and cell
phones (which can charge minutes.)
Plus, you've also got customers
like me -- customers who are deaf,
or only have one line and a dial-up
modem and can't be online troubleshooting
while talking to service help.
I *like* that feature your service
offers, and your techs both times
I needed to use the live online
help were polite, quick, and helped
me resolve my questions/problems.
