I have found that the general
response times and customer service
skills possessed by Server Yard
far exceed those of other web
hosting companies. Also, their
support and encouragement of other
developers is excellent.
The only bad experience I can
think of was a single question
I had posed with the help desk
which went unanswered. Not truly
important, as the Live Sales staff
located in the chat area answered
my question.
Improvements: I would like an
option available from a control
panel (maybe added to cPanel)
to add extra Server Yard features
(such as extra nameservers, etc.)
without having to login with every
purchase.
I have had an excellent experience
with Server Yard thus far. Being
a new customer, I have a difficult
time finding anything wrong with
your services, and hope that your
level of customer service continues
to be so strong.
